Bailey has been the best dog we could have hoped for. We planned on her introduction to our two cats taking a month or more, as they had never had continual exposure to dogs before. They felt comfortable enough to be loose with her after about a week because she’s so gentle around them – mostly. She’s a little oblivious to her size at times.

She’s up to 83 lbs now, so it’s a little like dodging a freight train when she has her puppy moments. Still, Bailey’s already come so far with her manners – and she’s become quite the social butterfly with people and other dogs alike!

We’re so lucky we get to be her family and give her all the belly rubs to her heart’s content. She’s our big little goofball and our favorite hiking buddy.
