Mary is now Maple and she is doing excellent! She’s wonderful and we are working on sit, stay, come, heel and down. She likes walks in the woods, around town and swimming. She’s been camping and did well in the tent. She likes cuddles but is also pretty independent and happily spends time in the fenced back yard chewing on things, digging holes and doing dog stuff.

I think she must have some herder in her because she’s always trying to direct the cats around. They don’t really stand for that and she gets swiped on the nose quite a bit!

She’s been to the vet and is up-to-date on everything but she (the vet) suggested waiting for her to go through one heat cycle before spaying her and I am ok with that as she is always with us and supervised.

Anyways, she really is a wonderful buddy and we love her to bits!
