I’m more than happy to update you on Bailey and Hugo (now Vida and Dakota)!

Vida was supposed to have another meet and greet before we met her, but that fell through, and we had the great luck of meeting them both together. You could see right away that they wanted to be near each other. Then, the staff told us they came from the same previous home! When I originally asked about each separately, I had no idea they were already a family! I knew in my heart that they were meant to stay together. So even though I planned on only taking one big dog home, plans changed! They are so happy to be together – they play together after every walk (we enjoy several each day). Vida was spayed 2 weeks ago and is doing well after surgery – the hardest part has been keeping them from rough-housing after their walks while she’s healing! We’ve taken Dakota to the dog park a few times so he can get the “wiggles out” and he always meets lots of friends. Vida even joined me for my work headshot! They are so gentle with my kids and their friends. We absolutely love having them as part of our family.
