It is going extremely well with miss Monica. It was kinda funny when I first brought her home and let her out of the Carrier. She just walked around the house looking at everything like she couldn’t believe she could go anywhere she wanted to and wasn’t put back in her crate. I think she’s happy.

She’s just a darling cat. Here’s a picture of her on her throne.  It’s actually Nugget’s throne but he said: “Go ahead, Monica, you can sit there if you like.”  She also sits on his heating pad and he doesn’t seem to care. Nugget is her boyfriend. He’s my stray and is about the same age. I think he really enjoys having a younger cat in the house. One of the pictures I have attached shows him on the floor next to her throne. The room looks pretty messy and it is but I think it’s kind of cute that he sits by her.

She can be a bit of an escape artist because one night she chewed her way through the screen and got out, but she’s fine.

I did bring her to the vet in Webster just to have her checked in and had her blood sugar checked and it was fine.
