All pets reclaimed from HSBC must have a CURRENT valid rabies vaccination certificate.

Our redemption fees are as follows:
Daily Boarding
Dog – $25/per day
Cat – $25/ per day

There is no charge if your pet is reclaimed the day of arrival and you have proof of a current rabies vaccination.

If HSBC was required to pick up your dog, an additional $20 fee will be charged.
HSBC does not pick up cats.

“Repeat offenders” – An additional $50 will be charged the second time an animal is brought to the shelter as a stray within a year and $100 for third time.
