I apologize for the late response. I do not check my email often, but I figured I would finally send a few pictures! I adopted Babs back in May and it seems she is doing very well, and getting along well with my other cat, Rose. She is enjoying many toys and lots of love, and she got to keep her name. She was nervous at first, as expected, but she blossomed pretty quickly and it has been fun to see her going crazy with a toy or cuddling with her new friend. She also really enjoys watching the bird feeder outside my kitchen window. I would say everything worked out very well and this is a very good situation for all three of us. Thank you for inquiring, I hope for a similar success story for all of the animals there! (I have a mixture of pictures, Babs is the tabby I adopted from BCHS, Rose is the black cat that I got previously.)
