I apologize for my very late response. Atlas, who was “Figgy” when we adopted, him is doing amazing! He is my first animal/dog I’ve adopted so I can’t compare it to anything. However, when we chose Atlas he was very timid, scared, and shy. No matter where he was he would drop straight to the ground and just stay there. He is TOTALLY a different dog now. He has opened up and settled in the place he now calls home.  He’s everything our family needed. He loves his fur brother, Apollo. Maybe a little too much LOL. The kids all have their own bonds with him as well. He’s a daddy’s boy for some reason and that makes mom a little jelly. Atlas knows Mama is the safe place though.
