POLAR

I’m so glad I have Polar. I didn’t change her name. She’s very good company and a very good girl. She loves her walks and car rides. I have 7 acres and the chipmunks and rabbits keep her on her toes. She has changed since I adopted her. She was pretty quiet at first, but now she’s very vocal. She gets very excited when we get to go outside. I have let her off leash a few times on my property, and that went well twice but early this week she did take off down the road!  I hoped in my car and when she saw my car she headed toward it, stopped at the car and laid down on her back. (She knew she shouldn’t have done that!). I have to figure out the best option to keep her safe and off the road, I have been tying her out, but may fence part of my yard for her. Thanks to the staff at Burnett County Humane Society for helping me adopt Polar!
